About the event
When I worked as a producer, the hardest part about my job was picking who gets to be on TV.
A lot of information was considered, but it always came down to the "It factor".
Did the person in front of me have "It"? This untangible quality someone possessed where I knew I could put them in front of a camera and they wouldn't waver. They could speak with confidence and be fully present.
For years I thought only some people had this "It factor". I thought they must be born this way, and this isn't something I can teach.
I was wrong.
In my coaching practice, I discovered the "It factor" is simply the energy someone gives off when they are fully connected to their message. They've learned to silence the inner critic, become practiced at speaking with authority, and released any limiting beliefs that prevent the message from taking up the space it needs.
This means we're all born with "It". We all have "It" inside us. And we can learn to give it space so we can speak with confidence and be fully present.
In this two-hour workshop you will gain a deeper understanding into what's really going on in your mind as you speak on-camera. You'll learn techniques to reframe the thoughts that keep you small, and you'll practice some on-camera techniques in real-time.
It's the perfect blend of producing and coaching, to help you unleash your inner "It factor".
